UW Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology

​Assignment: Create a high impact Match 2022 Twitter campaign to attract top-tier residents to both the Physician and Medical Physics Resident Programs. 
​Action: Conducted online audit, held 
departmental interviews, assembled a social media database of Faculty, Residents, and recent Resident Alumni, created content wells and calendar, and developed and produced 100+ Twitter posts which resulted in a 61% increase in followers in five months and successful matches in both programs.
